In the Room
We found dirty socks in the bed. My son had found them in the bed I had slept them and put them in the corner on the floor. When we packed up to leave I told him to grab his socks and he said "Those are yours". Well, they weren't mine and they weren't his which meant I had been sleeping on dirty sheets for 2 nights!!! I told the girl at the desk and she just shrugged and said, "Oh, sorry".
Close enough to home but secluded enough to make u feel u have left town. The kitchen is nice but would be nicer if there were more pots and pans available and the coffee pot that guests use have free coffee. What's the point in having a coffee maker if there is no coffee,
the pillows are terrible. They sound like plastic amd scratch your face when u lie on them.
Near lake forest mall
The door was loose I didn't feel stay leaving my room.
Having the ability to prepare my own meals, along with a full size refrigerator and a stove top made it better than having to go out to eat every evening.
It was difficult to find the staff. It seemed like almost every time that I went to the front desk no one was there. It didn't really matter what time of the day it was either.
you have to wait for at list three hours to get your room ready which was suppose to be ready at 3 oclock
The room its ok!
The breakfast was a granola bar, and apple and coffee
